Malcolm Duffy

Born in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne at 10:30pm on April 20th, putting me on the cusp of Aries and Taurus. This probably explains a lot. Studied law at Warwick University. Decided that law was a bit of a bore. Got a job in advertising.

Worked for an alphabet of agencies including DMB&B, Colman RSCG, CDP and AMV BBDO. In 1999 set up Miles Calcraft Briginshaw Duffy, foolishly agreeing to put my name last. For the last seven years I've been working at a place called Miles Calcraft.

Over the years I've picked up awards at all the big shows (Campaign Press, Campaign Poster, One Show, BTAA, D&AD, Cannes). There's still room on my shelf for the ANNA's ad of the year.
